I have Windows 7 Ultimate which has got programs such as Paint, Note Pad, and Word Pad. Now I am looking for a free download software program which i could use to draw Charts and Spread Sheets. Are there any and which one is the best ?

I think IBM's Lotus Symphony is best for word processing, spreadsheets and graphing. The Openfree download softwareOffice and LibreOffice graphics engines haven't been updated in more than 10 years. IBM's is much more up to date, plus it's free.
open office and its free you can open word and the other microsoft work documents with it. It also contains the same thing just like works. I know the have there own kind of word, and excel and the other ones. Check it out
